So i wanna try for the hat - if i have my p2p on the breathing hole nearest the ship, is that close enough for npcscan to go off?

No need for NPC scan he always spawns at same spot, just make a macro to target him.

I parked a level 1 out there and just stood over my body as a ghost to check if Burgy was up. I'm sure it's more difficult now with CRZ.

Idk if this is the best way but the way I did it was I parked a level 20 alt out there drowned underwater right above the burgy spawn and asked 2 of my p2p friends to keep 1 of their alts out there right above me and every 2 hours (think I read he has a 12-24 hour spawn?) I'd check on my alt if he spawned and when he finally did I asked my p2ps which would like to fly me or which would like to help kill him and the one who flew me gave me a ride on their 2 seater and the one who killed him logged onto their alt that was there and flagged the mob once so no1 would take the kill while I was omw

burgy hat doesnt exactly increase the size of your mount. burgy mount size is the same as tauren.

I can say that npcscan will work from the breathing hole, as i logged on at a random time and it alerted me that he was up - got it on my f2p!
