yeah its possible you can even make one then even drop engi and use some other profession like say Alch for whooping passive buff of agility
its abit nerfed now with resil and its just nerfed altogether but its a pretty powerful trinket considering there arent many other trinket choices..

Gnomes as low as 20 can use this trinket, but as [MENTION=17536]TaXiCaB[/MENTION] says, it's been nerfed quite a lot.
I remember critting 5k or so years ago, but recently on my 29 twink, it hit another 29 for 1.5k or so.
Plus sides: Possible big crit dependant on RNG. Barely anyone in the bracket has one.
Down sides: You also receive channelled damage. It's interruptable and has a longish cast time.

In cata I crit people like crit and duo and PLENTY of others for over 3k and me and my partner in crime has been known to dual 1 shot people
In MoP I'm lucky to do 1k dmg and it takes around 600 dmg away. Not worth it. Find an AGM or haste trinket
