I just found this on the 5.2 Patch Notes. What does this mean EXACTLY? Cause what I am understanding, is that Blizz will be basically changing people to the highest bracket level in bgs (lvl 16 in a 15-19 bg will be 19?).

• Battlegrounds
  • Players in low-level Battlegrounds will have their effective level raised to the maximum level allowed in that Battleground bracket. Players' base stats and spells are scaled accordingly, and are treated as the same level when determining hits, misses, and critical effect chance.

Or what I know it ruins 16 twinks because there stats are not being scaled and there gear is just a disadvantage unlike right now when they have that stat scale

So basically the only changes happening are with the stats. Like the average stats of a lvl 16 will be the same as a lvl 19 then?

yes a naked lvl 16 in a wsg with have the same stats as a naked lvl 19 in wsg
