Help w/ creating an avatar

Here with another question concerning my profile...I've tried to upload an avatar however, when I select to have an avatar only the first option of using a URL to find it online is available to me. The second option of browsing for it on your computer is grayed out. Since I can't figure out how to find a picture with the URL, I am unable to create an avatar. If any of that made sense, you'll know that it isn't an urgent issue so take ur time w/ reply.

Finding a hard time replicating your occurrence :/ I really wish I were able to help on this one! Try another web browser for a few minutes / clear cookies etc. May have something to do with it.
