It's static endgame below maximum level. By one of many definitions it is twinking, by some others it isn't. 85 twinks are up and coming, I hear. That's endgame for some people without MoP as well.

Twinking in theory covers end game too. Getting the best gear/enchants for raiding/arena is basically what you're doing at lower level.

F2P's can be class'ed as "twink" because they are gaining all the best gear possible and only playing that level (for obv reasons)

"Hero's," roflmao, seriously? There was no interest in a 20-24 bracket until the trial accounts came about, only 19/29/39 and so on. Then those who couldn't hang with True Twinks in the 9's brackets relized they could automatically get a four lvl advantage on 90% of the opposing team(and be in a full set of BoA's). Now I have a pay account and am guilty of this at first but wasn't much of a challenge, and I'm just and Average Player, So I made a F2P account just for this bracket, and it's tons of fun when I get to mash a player that has clear advantage and yet still hasn't learned there class. So before you get "Hero" status you must be able to fight players your "lvl", (at the very least)lol
