I don't know anything about level 20 p2p hunters so I won't rate, but you should be using the mail loom legs.

I believe para cloak with pvp power is a thing you are missing. Also you have so much CC and dont really need the resi from your gun so you could switch that to the boa bow cause you are using pyrium. You can upgrade your boots to prisoner shoes or rocket boots(seeing you like crit). Using foremans is arguable and so is 4 stats on your chest (4 stats had a lot more impact back in the old days). I havent had the feeling i needed expertise unless you face a rogue who can juke (hardly anyone does that in this bracket anyway) and times his evasion.
Most is personal anyway, ones choice is this the other is that, but more sets are always nice.

Prisoner shoes are better yeah, by a few armor but I cba to get another 2 pairs of boots just for the couple armor. Good point tho
Foremans is basically against healers, 2,71% expertise is nearly enough to never get dodged a scatter (by hpala/priest at least). I think expertise is a very needed stat for a hunter now, I see shots dodged here and there so why not lower the chance, even if it was only a little bit. 4 stats to chest because I don't need more survivability, I'd rather strive for max dps.
BoA gun is better than the bow since I'm using pyrium; It's basically 2agi vs 3crit, 4 resilience, and 2,7dmg more topend.

@mesi I havent played my f2p/p2p hunter in mop so im just looking at my 24 hunter versus other 24s and i never seen scatter miss which makes me conclude that it would be the same for 20s i guess and with juking i mean a rogue dodging arrows with evasion and facing a hunter straight on then you miss a lot but i dont have the feeling expertise is needed there because a rogue doesnt have such a great mobility like a hunter wich makes you escape unless its a 1 shot aka ambush hemo evi (crit) dead. Dont forget that killcommand attack from your pet is most of the time if not always from behind and arrows wont be dodged from behind either.
Because we are Twinkers. It is pretty common to roll a twink at the lowest level of a bracket. Oh and because we can and ofc the hit gap between 20s and 24s is just messed up and is the biggest problem.
Personally I have both sets on my p2p 20s and switched when there is a 24 on the opposit team.

I only use minor speed when FCing, rest of the time posthaste + mount do the job easily
and using dual agm is a question of style! PvP trink and engicloak would be bis tho, yeah

Hm, why would you try to kill efc when there is a priest with him? (assuming efc is a pala, druid or any other mail/plate class) Most 20 priests are disc and are combat healers for offense (most people cant play disc) and weak without bubble and running oom faster then a pala or druid. Some things are wrong here in this picture hahaYup, but focus scatter on that priest when efc is 500hp, gets dodged... It hurts

My point was, a crucial scattershot getting dodged because you have no expertise sucks.
20 p2p staying at 20 is like level 10 twinks in the 19 bracket. hard to understand that concept right?
cause if you can play prot pala at f2p and play ele shammy on p2p, the ele shammy is noob right? cause thats all im seeing, f2p can roll whatever op class they can without being called "noob" yet when a p2p does that get hate spam.

whle offtopic, i wanted to comment on this.100%agreed.
The most vile ones out there were the ones that didnt have a guild so I didnt knowif he/shehad those nifty enchants, then BAM hits me for a truckload, so I wouldnt know who to engage.At least 24-see the level and get scared.
Imo, just go 24, since charged gears are nerfed itwont make much of a difference.
