(10 seconds more recharge time for a grand total of 30 seconds)
But wait for your next charge you have to wait 20 seconds![]()
(the key here is only 1 charge can be recharging at a time)
tldr: juggernaut has moar charges in any fight over 30 seconds, math is harde.
