Because, you know, running out of mana could still happen. Sometimes. Like if you never cast anything else, and used it on every GCD for 5 minutes solid.

Hah, sorry I would have edited out all the shizz that didn't apply to F2P but I was entranced by the new TFB proc. It seems to be at level 20 now, but as far as I know Overpower is at level 30 atm. I hope it means that they may consider giving us Overpower at this level? maybe.... :(... the Warbringer change will be nice if it makes it through.

Improved Counterspell removed from game entirely (not that we had access to it, but interesting nonetheless).

Like what they did to Warbringer.
Displacer beast is good, no more confusing blinks :D
Scorch now costs 3.5% of base mana (was 0.1%). Rofl
Paladins=nothing :cool:
Oh, rogues have become good at 90 :D
Slam more damage :cool:
Flame Shock's duration has been increased by 25%. F**k
 
Things that jump out to me are a nice buff to Shaman (stone bulwark absorbs 25% more and flame shock duration increased 25%)

Nice buff to Warbringer (movement speed 50% for 8 sec). Might make dps warriors way better.
 
We're probably just ahead of the curve here in f2p section, and it popped up on front page — drawing other twinks here.

•Taste for Blood has been redesigned. It now causes the Warrior to gain 2 stacks of Overpower (maximum of 5 stacks) when Mortal Strike deals damage or the target dodges, and no longer interacts with Heroic Strike. It now requires level 20 (was level 50). •Slam now deals 220% weapon damage (was 190%).

Oh yeah cant wait to play my warrior if this come into effect :D
 
pvp trinkets also free up your pet when used. that will be helpful as a BM hunter when you get aoe feared.

And the shammy flame shock buff will be great against rogues.

Yay for warriors.

I don't think this bracket will get worse but only slightly better, the big issues still remain.
 
Quests
Warlocks can now undertake a solo adventure that culminates with the ability to change the color of their Fire spells to appear Fel green. The quest begins for those Warlocks determined or fortunate enough to have laid their hands on the fabled Codex of Xerrath.

i wouldnt mind this on my lock... but probably a pandaria drop -_-
 
so in 5.2 druids get this, as if already they never ran out of mana compared to priest

•Displacer Beast has been redesigned. It now triggers Cat Form and grants 50% increased movement speed for 4 seconds after teleporting, and no longer activates Prowl.
•Rejuvenation now costs approximately 9% less mana.
•Balance: Now generates 40 Lunar or Solar energy upon leaving Eclipse.
•Guardian: Generates 3 additional Rage per Mangle.
•Restoration: Now grants 70% Haste on the next spell cast after the Druid casts Swiftmend.

now can druids just die in a fire
