This is a continuing project. I will update this thread every time i see a F2P that impresses me in WSG/AB.

I don't expect or want this thread to be stickied as it is based on my own opinion, so it cannot avoid being somewhat biased.

ur 24, ur not supposed to make f2p lists

tbh, that 15 man AP premade he posted is alot worse than a lone 24 or 2. Just in my eyes..they advocate against 24s yet a 15 man premade is like...my words cant even describe how low that is, its alot more honorable to be a lone 24 than queue with 15 people. approximately 5-7 24s equal to a 15 man premade.

Regardless whether 24s / grouped 20s are more irritating in BGs, the @ part of any thread complaining about specific games can be irritating to read, to me at least.

That said, that thread got locked and pointing out appreciation isn't so bad in comparison, so I suggest just letting him make his list in peace. ^^

EDIT: Although one would think that while it's noted that you don't appreciate any level 20 at the moment, you could have waited to create the thread until you had at least one person to put onto the list. :p

Tell me what it makes so much worse? It was a 15 man "premade", consisting of players online at that very moment on Aerie Peak Horde. A mixture of classes, to an extend atleast. So where lies the problem? 1v1 its the same situation as any other. Instructions given at the start aren't that much different than those I give at a PuG game. Skype nor Vent or anything alike is being used.

So what is the problem? Is it the fact they just happen to be from the very same server? They aren't stronger than a random player. I do believe 15 man premades used to be a concern. But Aerie Peak isn't what it has been. A PuG could just be as strong, or maybe even stronger.

The only reason why it feels as a steamroll is simple: 5 - 7 players carried them. If it would have been a 7 man or a 15 man premade, it wouldn't have made such a difference. Is 7 man allowed? Is 5 man allowed? What are the edges of what is accepted? They don't have an advantage 1v1, 24s do.

If we all agreed to never post in the op's threads, then this would soon be over.

Shouldnt it be the other way around, f2ps deciding if theres "any good 24's? Seeing as most 24s just play to steamroll anyways.

well how do you compare it. One cannot compare a 24 and 15 20s. Say glancelot he is by himself , yes he is a very dangerous opponent, max AP rogue, but you can AVOID HIM., but FIFTEEN 20s ...there is NOTHING CLOSE To that. The sheer quanitity overwhelms everything. Infact 5 BiS 24s premade would be a lesser impact than a 15 premade in Arathi due to it being such a huge area and being able to avoid 24s.
If i would have been in that arathi game as alliance i would have just said ''what the...';

its 15 players versus 15 players, not 15 versus 1.

Glancealot should be banned or at least banned from the F2P forum. His posts are in no way constructive and always end up as breeding grounds for flamewars.

QFT. Faced a 9 person AP premade earlier and we were 3 capping them back and forth. We were up 1100-1000 but gave up thinking we had it won and they came back to 4 cap and win. Normally 15 person AP premades are good as I've only seen a few which had the "original' APers in there which quickly lead to a 5 cap. Tbh any decent pug can beat 5-10 person AP premades now-a-days.

On Topic.. This thread will just lead to trolling. You are a 24 with a record of making trollful threads attempting to say who you think are good or not.

You guys missed the point of this thread. By creating a list of "good" players Glancy becomes an "authority" on "good" and therefore better than "good".

Super-egotistical crap imo.

So let's keep it going for crits and giggles.

Bob
