You are now blue in the face, and terrible for crutching on consumables. You are really making yourself look bad here. I guess you dont need any more of my help with that. Obviously you are lost in 06.
Or hes making a totally valid point.

So popping a speed pot to get in proper position because you were terrible and out of position in the first place is a valid point?
We are talking about wsg. not 1v1s. Skill is skill. Timely use of consumables is skill. Positioning is skill. Catching up is skill, whether it be be cornering better, jumping better, juking better, using a racial, a talent, a consumable. Running away is a skill. Burst is a skill. Staying alive is a skill. When you are yelling at yourself and everyone else saying I LOST / DIED / FAILED / SUCK because the other person outplayed me by timing his fake cast, his lifeblood, his whatever, literally insert anything in that sentence, even bottled tornado i don't care, and it comes down to you calling winning crutching because you or your team got outplayed, outsmarted, or maybe even in that case of whatever consumable, be it a pot, a bomb, a crystal focus or whatever, you got outprepared. Consumables even the playing field in most cases. Don't have a racial stun or silence? Use engineering bombs. Don't have the run speed to keep ToT? Use cc, boots, speed pots. Can't charge up a hill? Fly up the hill. Whatever.
If thats how one plays, thats how one plays.
How ironic coming from you. I don't mean to be offensive but you're the same guy who had to crutch on speed pots in a premade where they weren't allowed because your positioning is terrible.
When you learn to not get focus kicked by a rogue 15+ times in a premade, then you can start talking about skill. Until then, your consumable use is crutching, not skill.
No offense sneaky but you're talking to someone who has played 19s longer than nearly everyone on these forums and is better at them than most. He just doesn't epeen his name around which is why most of these wotlk / cata baby twinkers don't know who he is due to his lack of activity. How ironic coming from you. There's no such thing as "crutching" when we're all "crutching" on bis gear, AGM, rumsey rum, playing 19s in the 15-19 bracket. The entire point of twinking is to maximize your advantages against others.
Since none of those are available any more there's nothing to be "crutched" on.
Bottom line, if you choose not to use consumables, you're putting yourself at a disadvantage. We all pay 15 dollars (other than those who use ripped off game time like yourself) and therefore we all have the right to use whatever is available to us 19s. Swiftness pots can be used at any level and bare no level restrictions.
Obviously no one will premade against you if you do use swiftness pots in a premade. Which is your choice, but in pugs theres no reason not to use said potions.

I worked hard to get my magic dust and apexis shards
You do realize that:The items that you have listed are mostly used to increase the length of fights to allow more time for more skill to be shown, that's the reason as to why the competitive community has adopted these into fair play.
I'm sorry but you really have missed the boat on the cultural revølution that happened back during the Ruin migration. Twinking has changed from acquiring every last advantage possible, to using abilities the class has against each other to see who comes out on top and earn the right to say that --without a doubt-- they are a better player and do not require the aid of consumables to assist or carry them to victory.
We may be arguing semantics here but the way most of the intelligent players define crutching as an item that has a significant impact on the outcome of a game, and without its' use would cause death or loss.
Bottom line is, most of the consumables that are looked down upon amongst the more veteran competitive players have the attribute that if popped -re-actively- to counter the use of an opposing player, does not provide the same (or within a miniscule margin of) benefit to both parties -- therefore tampering with the integrity of competition.
Just because you feel you have the right to act as you please due to your monthly payment, does not make you exempt from the scrutiny of the community. That's a fact, deal with it.
You may not like me personally, but have faith that there is very logical reasoning behind the strong distaste and vocal hatred for a few of the "banned" consumables.
You're right, there really isn't a way to stop you (or anyone else) from using these consumables during PuGs, but be sure that you will receive your fair share of bombardment on these forums for such disrespectful acts. It truly is a shame for someone that has been playing as long as you and to have the experience with these items to still hold such a blind and ignorant view on the matter.
This discussion was about premades and realid premades idk why you felt the need to bring pigs into it half way through. Oh and haste is the definition of mediocre at best.
