I have, on a couple of characters. 50 minutes for a boss fight is excessive to the point of ridiculous.

sadly , but must wait.
anyway as blizz says its huge nerf only for pvp , now cant cast 3 pyro in a row but still work - [pyro > scorch > pyro > scorch] ;]
