As of MoP, the gap between P2P and F2P is even bigger than ever before

24s benefit more from baseline resilience than F2Ps so the gap has definitely been widened.

I guess I don't understand how resil works in regards to level. I would think 40% of dmg is a flat 40% of dmg reduction (exclude pvp power for now please). I thought the only level difference was hit/expertise/avoidance/mitigation related? Anyone have a clear answer?

No one answered question one, it seems. This is the main reason why I think the bracket has become "worse", it isn't really bringing a gap, but rather just more s-keying 24's

but wasn't you one of those cyclopes f2p hunters on AP? + alot of your friends play 24s, and i heard you play a 19bdruid.... Hypocrisy thy name is you

i'll answer question 1 for you my BFF. yes, by adding "one" extra boa they totaly ruined it. btw, petrol spills was the only hard to get 24 legs :p

Legs are only one slot, and not everyone has access to them yet. The difference they make for gearing time/effort is minimal unless we're talking Petrolspill's. Do you think the s-keying 24s care about being fully BiS? The ones I see geared worse than f2ps sure don't. Going out on a limb here and saying BoA legs have no influence whatsoever on people rolling 24s.

With the way stats scale now, they're not a huge difference maker stats/power-wise either.

and (maybe eventually) also rings

lol. come back when this happens. how long have they been in the database now?

I had my hunter so that I could kill the mobs near chests, to get MM. Now please do not go off-topic as always. Many of my friends do not play 24, and that has no real relevance to this thread whatsoever, and no I do not play a 19 balance druid.

reported for OT.

You are obviously missing the point here; the 24's that indeed are BiS is clearly not whom I'm talking about - I'm talking about the disgusting fotm-rollers. Can you really oppose me saying it WONT attract more shit-geared 24's not having to get legs and just send them over by mail? ofc it will make loads of stainsless shittards make a twink in even less time.

They've been there since LK. Hence WHY I put "(maybe eventually)" there.

Interesting, I just had one game with 3 24s, and it was over very quickly. Then I had another with 2 24 shadow priests, 3 paladins, 3 shamans and 2 druids (madness), who got about 7x more kills than any of our team, but they still only just won 1-0, and we almost capped twice - sometimes they're just rubbish whatever gear they have.

it as to do with this thread because as usual you're acting snooty and Superior, you do play a f2p hunter, you do play a balance druid, and quite a few of your friends play 24s, so basically you're a lier!

you reported me for being OT when i answered your question, how the f**k does boa legs make it worse? its one slot that was obtainable within a few qsts (apart from petrolspills)

what's the point in asking questions if you only want your own answer to be valid? sorry i didnt word my answer to your liking, but i'm not as whiny as "some" people.

now, if you want to report me go ahead unlike you idgaf if i'm banned or not. but, wait you only posted 3000 times to help your english right  i'll contribute with some english slang you're a puff its the 2nd one down btw

report that to the teacher, school boy

Please, spread your immaturity somewhere else.

when you come up with a answer to my question pm, you're quite right, picking on an helpless target is immature.

BoA legs aren't going to magically make an increase in 24's. Its not as if there was a bunch of people out there saying, "If only I had another 5% xp increase, I would totally devote my life to killing trial accounts!"

24's are 24's. Period. You either enjoy being a bully or you don't. It's in their nature to be d-bags. Nothing's gonna change that.

Ask yourself this, imagine level 90's were allowed in our bracket, don't think for a second you wouldn't see them there. People are poor human beings by default. Meh.

Maybe take that to PMs? >_<

It's not only the ease of gearing that draws people, but I do think having another BoA item to easily send to a new character might make some people curious to try playing a 24 more amenable to go for it. I've seen lots of people drawn by the level difference and not too conscientious about being BiS.

That said, people stay for the fun they have in a bracket. People seeking a challenge often seem to get bored of 24s, if they can't find 24 competition, other people play 24 wanting to be able to be casual about twinking and still do well, others enjoy being over-powered, feeling like they're carrying a team, feeling like they are getting revenge for something, there are probably plenty of motivations.

Concerning the people that enjoy GY farming: I think might just a little bit harder right now, so I hope that will discourage a few of the people enjoying that aspect of the bracket. Not to say I haven't seen GY farming since MoP, ofc.

But with 5 min shorter WSG and less people dying I hope it proves to be less satisfying! :D

40% is more meaningful at level 24 because of the increase in stamina and healing. At level 20, it just means that a 24 has to hit you a couple more times before you melt.

Thinking you're wrong =/= missing the point.

their is no point. he's question was...

Adding BoA-legs and (maybe eventually) also rings. It's a bad in two ways basically:

1. Enables FotM-rollers to make their 24 in even less time.
2. The fact that the actual gear is superior to the current gear obtainable.

Agree or disagree?

forget about the rings, they're not in mop (yet). question1: yes it does, by a few quests or 1 drop :p. question2: yep. gamebreaking? nope.

a trained chimp could of come up with that.

You know something's wrong when you're 28 years old and got English as 1st language. Yet don't know when to put "his" and "he's".
