Spell critical strike - WoWWiki - Your guide to the World of Warcraft Tells us that 45.91 rating per 1% at 80 is what we need.
So say after all raid buffs, MotW/Kings, 90 Int Food, 300 Int Flask and self buff for 5% raid crit. You had... 80% crit.
Take 80% - 69.7% (for ease) = 10.3% * 45.91 = 472.873 (round DOWN to make sure you don't accidentally hit just under what you need. Then just take 472 rating off your crit and reforge it to either haste or mastery, whatever you decide to play with. (I chose and am testing mastery atm).
If you're under the crit cap with all buffs up, reverse the sums and hope you can reforge some mastery/haste to crit.
