Best CC?

Since CC is so important now, I was wondering what you guys thought the best CC class and race will be? I am thinking Panda Holy Priest? What are your guys thoughts?
 
Can warlocks fear 4 people at a time then dps a 3k prot pal down? I was just called bad for not doing this. Can an experienced p2p lvl 20 please teach me how??
 
Since the patch specifically, having a frost mage on D with me can make all the difference in the world.
 
I must say my priest is kinda insane in random bgs, not only damage, healing and shielding wise but also its cc. This doesn't really work against decent players but in randoms the aoe root is basically a 8 sec snare. This gives me a 8 sec fear every 30 secs, a 8 sec snare every 30 secs, a 3 sec disorient every 30 secs (if specced holy) and then a racial. This might not be ideal because the 2 main ccs are only against enemies that are close to you, but in big group fights priests are also crazy ccers.
As for arena battles against decent players hunters seem winners.
 
tauren engineering elemental shaman

cc's include

purge
sheer
thunderstorm
thunderstomp
engineering bombs . all can serve as a interupt with many being aoe.

my only question is on the dps of lightning bolt and heals of hsurge as elemental
 
I'm sorry but Hammer of Justice is the best CC in this bracket, hands down. 6 seconds of stun that doesn't break with damage is HUGE. I play a priest and this is the one CC that kills me the most. I always assume I can get off a bubble or heal but if I get hit with HoJ when I'm at 50% health, i'm toast.
