I can confirm this. It happened on the PTR as well. Suddenly went from one shotting mobs for 1.6k to crittin for 400. at level 30.

Yes it has been nerfed. Using it for healing seem to be a little higher.

its nice they fixed dmg but healing needs to be nerfed as well.
I heal for 900 with holy shock - crits for 1.3-1.4k.
Add 1 resto druid and you'll prob need 4-5 ppl to kill 2 healers.
I was in a bg where 2 hpallys and 1 resto druid (who had 10 stacks) managed to stay alive vs 24hpally, rogue and warr for like 10min...
Its just rhaediculous....

I'll prob find some other thing to do in spare time, games are uber boring atm.

Can't help but gloat at the size of the nerf. Blizzard really knows how to put fotm rerollers in their place. Will be amusing to see ~80% of holydins disappear overnight

Penace hits almost as hard as holy shock.
