Yeah, gear scaling has definitely diminished, so combined with the baseline resil the damage that 24s can put out has been cut down significantly. If only resists were actually removed...

Holy Shock is OP in lower levels but they do balance the game around 90s now. With so many DPS having self heals they had to up the DPS for healers. They might nerf it some but Hpallys will be a force in the 20-24 bracket in Mist.

I actually hope they over-nerf holy shock, thats how fed up I am with this. In the mean time I am leveling toons on the PTR. lol, its something to do, since I used the LFD tool to level all the way up to 70 on my families P2P and hardly ever actually quested.

To give this post some purpose, I'd tell people not to bash Growly for his broken English, as in earlier posts asking for guidance he did say that English isn't his first language.

Was not aware of this... I jumped on the trolling/flaming bandwagon for his post; I just saw holy pally and bad grammar and assumed it was someone who wanted an easy route to gy farm. In that case, my apologies.

I also understand what you're saying about having a 24 as a moderator. To be honest, I am a little bit hesitant as well, given my - I wouldn't call it hatred, but disrespect - for 24s. Give him a chance as a mod before you doubt him though! I don't have any experience with Kratos but hopefully he will represent 24s, CC, and TI well.

Don't worry he is definitely one of the better 24s in this bracket. Did the right thing deleting the posts but atleast he understood where they were coming from and since there was like 10 people banning would be kinda harsh since it was a group troll. ^-^ Nothing against shift as I never had a problem with him but kratos will probably make a better mod since he will be able to be more active

I was in a bg with him on my Horde warrior and he seemed like a nice guy. Also he plays a P2P with F2P restrictions, something not many 24s will do.

Lich posting your opinion on me won't get you any infractions or deletions as long as you follow the CoC, and you're fine there

Though this is slightly off topic, so any further discussion regarding myself I would prefer to be taken up in a PM, since the topic has been brought to the surface, allow me to publicly address it.

Yes I have multiple 24s, but my reasons for having them are not the same as many other's. We made our 24s in <CC> with the primary goal of playing other 24 groups. It's the main reason we went Alliance, because the majority of the 24 groups were horde at the time; Epic, HI, Holy Crit, etc were there to play against. We quickly realize after doing only small 5v5s against most of these groups, few were eager to play us again, so our 24s got very little use.

That's the reason we are all making F2P toons also, so we can still play in the bracket regularly in pugs and premades, and not have to hope we run into another 24 man group on the opposite side to have a good game. Most of us love this bracket, and I can honestly say I've had more fun pugging games on the F2P druid in the past few days, than I ever have on my 24s. In all honesty if you see me in a game on my 24, it's only to test out a new comp for our 10 man team in <CC> and finish the game asap.

Anyone else who might have doubts about myself, be it personal or not, I encourage you to take it up in a PM with me. I would rather not contribute to derailing this thread any further however. -Kratos

I understand you have your own little battles your fighting, Lich. But you're just another forum user. You don't have any business calling out Moderators, much less anyone else on how they play and what they do. I understand you have your own values that you want Twink Info, it's staff, and the users to live up to but not everyone shares those values.

You need to get over yourself and stop lashing out at people for your own personal reasons because you just come off as a jerk.

Lich is entitled to his opinion, and as long as he follows the CoC, he's in the clear. In his defense I understand his ill feelings towards 24s, there are many people who paint a negative picture of us, and as such people take on generalizations about all 24s.
