Yea, they do, in some states at least (including mine). Had taken it off to reach for something in the back seat and was being lazy about putting it back on.

I do have to smack you for not wearing a seatbelt. It really isn't pretty when someone flies through their front window onto their hood. But you're a big boy and you'll do as you will. Hope that you feel better and you're able to get back on your feet sooner than later.
