    Druid~
    Druid
    Mangle now does 280% weapon damage, up from 250%.
    Rake damage increased by 23%.
    Wrath damage increased by 12% and SP scaling (111.6% of SP) added.

    Talents
    Displacer Beast now has a 30 sec cooldown, down from 60 sec.

    Balance
    Starfire damage and SP scaling increased by 12%.

    Hunter:
    Arcane Shot weapon damage increased to 100% from 75%. Additional damage increased by 76%.
    Aspect of the Hawk no longer has a cooldown.
    Marksmanship
    Careful Aim now grants 75% crit, up from 60%.
    Survival
    Explosive Shot damage increased by ~5%.

    Mage~
    Mage:
    Arcane
    Arcane Barrage damage and SP scaling increased by 20%.
    Arcane Charge now grants 22% damage per charge, up from 20%.

    Paladin~
    Paladin:
    Crusader Strike now costs 15% of Base Mana, up from 3% of Base Mana..
    Judgment damage, SP scaling, and AP scaling increased by 10%.

    Protection
    Shield of the Righteous damage increased by 35% and AP scaling increased by 15%.

    Retribution
    Templar's Verdict weapon damage increased to 275%, up from 250%. Damage increased by 21%.

    Priest~
    Priest
    Shadow
    Mind Blast damage and SP scaling increased by 25%.

    Rogue~
    Rogue:
    Ambush weapon damage increased to 345%, up from 245%. Additional damage increased by 103%. Dagger weapon damage increased to 470%, up from 355%.
    Eviscerate (Assassination, Combat) damage increased by 17%
    Eviscerate (Subtlety) damage increased.

    Shaman~
    Shaman
    Earth Shock damage and SP scaling increased by 32%.
    Flame Shock damage and SP scaling increased by 32%.
    Frost Shock damage and SP scaling increased by ~30%.
    Lightning Bolt damage and SP scaling reduced by 15%
    Lightning Shield damage and SP scaling increased by 32%.

    Warlock~
    Warlock:
    Shadow Bolt damage and SP scaling increased by 24%..

    Demonology
    Soul Fire damage and SP scaling increased by 24%.

    Destruction
    Conflagrate damage increased by 50% and 150% SP scaling added.
    Immolate damage and SP scaling increased by 24%.

    Warrior~
    Warrior:
    Arms
    Mortal Strike now does 195% weapon damage, up from 150%. Additional damage increased by 67%.
    Slam now does 225% weapon damage, up from 200%. Additional damage increased by 26%.

    Fury
    Bloodthirst now does 120% weapon damage, up from 200%. Additional damage increased by 125%.

    Protection.
    Shield Slam damage and AP scaling increased by 10%.

    I think I edited out most of the stuff that didn't have anything to do with this bracket. Enjoy and lemme know how you feel. its 2 weeks till 5.0 and things can still change, but its fun to discuss what could and could be.

    For one, Hpaladins haven't been nerfed at all yet... most if not any healers have been nerfed.
     
    Thanks for the customized update. Looks like Blizz realized they fudged the math for new resilience perhaps? Or probably just bringing lvl 90 PVE dps in line.
     
    They give 40 or 30% basline resil (not sure which) to make it less bursty but then instead of nerfing heals they buff up damage. These changes seemed to be needed as how good heals were sounding but don't understand why instead of nerfing heals to keep it less bursty they would buff dmg to try and compensate for the high heals. just my opinion but looks like they were changes for the good :)
     
    rogues useing subferdugatetete or w/e it is talent will ennjoy these changes a bit, two BIG ambushes before unstealthed ( 3 i think with thistle tea:eek:, maybe even 4 ambushes if lifeblood is up+thistle tea)
     
    As another poster posting about Priest said, he didn't know if mind blast was being bumped down or not, but I thought I would throw that in there. I can't test changes, since there are barely any 20's on the PTR, if any at all. However I can smack around non-resil targets for about 300-400 and crit with MS for 600-700 and crit for Slam for a little bit more. If you aren't hit capped, you will definitely need to be because you will not generate rage if you miss. especially because being hit doesn't give rage anymore.

    Anyway what interested me was the Druid and Paladin changes, mostly. Im sure this will be brought down in the next couple of weeks. although I think I confused Shield of the righteous with Avenger's Shield so you can ignore that, ahaha.

    that only requie a little set up

    I plan to have many dmg's in my mop guide, but the wep dmg of x,y,&z is not needed, i encourage ppl to follow mmo-champ themselves
