Congratulations Rhae on your F2P chopper!

Ah ok I guess I jumped the gun at that, but the new Engineering rockets look promising.

Might tempt me to resub for a bit just so I can grind some mounts for my F2P.

http://www.wowhead.com/item=83086 This also appears to be the new RAF mount replacing the old rocket, which will function similarly to Vial of the Sands (turns you into a dragon and lets you carry a friend on your back)... Can't wait to see the model!!!

In the patch notes it specifically says "BoAs? You're shit out of luck - they're not truly bind to Account - only bind to Server. Good Day Sir and go get me a sammich you cur".

Perhaps I am paraphrasing:

Account-wide Items

  • Achievements will now become available at the Battle.net account level. Many achievements will be shared among characters, including those for raiding and maxing out professions.
  • Pets will be BoA in 5.0, and possibly mounts.
  • Most titles will be BoA as well. You can wear the title on an alt when it hits the minimum level needed for the boss kill/achievement. Server-first titles will probably not be included.
  • It would be nice to have BoA items cross-server, but it is difficult to create a system.
  • There will be a way to turn authenticators on and off in the future.
 
here's a better list of the mounts we'll have access to with account-wide sharing. There's a couple in there we already have access to like the Sea Turtle and a couple redemption pets that don't have the proper source listed. This also excludes currently available vendor mounts (which are all faction specific).

Two notes if the previously listed blue comment on the few exceptions to the rule:
  1. Horde will get the Alliance faction vendored mounts and visa versa (which I personally don't like).
  2. Also, guild mounts weren't included as sharing exemptions...so if a p2p main has a guild mount then his alt would too.

my money says those prices will change. right now the lvl 40 and lvl 20 mounts are the same (and both purple). I don't see them penalizing new players like that for rolling a panda vs. any other race. i'm guessing the lvl 20 mounts will drop in price and change to rare quality.
 
As soon as I can get Blizz on the phone I am going to merge my F2P and P2P accounts so they are under the same B-NET. Wanna get this done before the flood of people starts.

I think its possible to link the accounts though - then if you get any more eligible mounts on Rhaebread then your Rhaebreadwing brood (*giggle* "brood") can have them too.
 
Too bad there is no way to merge accounts from EU and US :(
This means I'll have to make a creat a new account on my main account, then make a toon on some F2P EU server in order to ride some awesome mount....

i wonder if its even possible to log onto your tink anymore, its so dusty from not being logged on.
 
And when it was over you logged off, and Shfthappens was never seen again.
