Why Does Anyone Play DPS Besides Hunter/Rogue?

As you can see from my signature, I have four 20s, two of which (50%) are Hunters. I didn't even bother gearing the other two up all the way, because I realized that playing DPS other than Hunter is a waste of time. This isn't about hating Hunters, but rather hating every other Class, because they are just a free kill

Fun fact, it only takes 21 hours to level to 20 and fully gear a 20 twink, so you can have your very own FTP Hunter in less than a day!

When I see you in a BG on ally side, I'll show you why rolling other classes except hunter and rogue is a viable option ;)

Liking a Class that's not viable is illogcail

There are no competitive arenas at level 20

Bracket diversity is the job of the game developer, in that they should balance the game (albeit not around level 20, thus does not apply to twinks)
 
Return question for you:

Why play a hunter? Because honestly, I don't know why anyone would want to do anything so mindlessly boring. Most people play games for a challenge, not because they like slamming their face into their keyboard and still getting results.

No one plays games for a Challenge. If I wanted to challenge myself, I'd go run a marathon or something, not play an MMORPG

Obviously the reason to play a Hunter is because it's the only viable Class. As you can see in my signature, I also have a Warrior (who was my first foray into this God forsaken bracket), but I soon realized that playing him was a complete waste of time

Without hunts this bracket would be trash and you know it. Stop telling people to not roll hunters cause half the time Im sure your carried by a couple horde huntards

Yes getting 3 shot by Hunters, as a Class that cannot reach them is perfectly viable vs a team with 7 Hunters 3 Healers

Lol. Actually normally I'd say with the hunts the bracket is pretty trashed, and without them would be a lovely way to play xD

I have never been in a game and thought "Gee, it'd be nice if we had more hunts in here." I like diversity, no point in telling more people to roll the op class everyone rolls anyways, just like there's no point in asking people who obviously don't want to play an op class why they bother.
 
what? just what is this? If (heaven forsaken), new people are reading this thread, just ignore it, and roll whatever the hell you want. I'm not usually one to stifle others opinions, but in this case, these people are just plain and simply wrong.

I think what OP is trying to say is that if we all roll hunter, then this game can complete it's evolution into Call of Duty.

I challenge you to post a AP pugmade of more then 2 hunters.
I have ~80% win ratio so your statement of "being carried by horde huntards" doesn't stand.

If you enjoy playing the most OP class there is, thus having almost to none challenge in BG's, most of us here don't.
So pls stop encouraging ppl to roll hunters.

Ah and yes, if (by any chance) druids get to be the most OP class when MoP hits, I see all of you huntards rolling druids.
Cause for you and similar that's what this game is about - rolling opponents while autorunning and smashing 3 buttons.

Don't fight hunters in the mid field. Play inside, you will win.
