I don't believe there are a whole lot of level 11 twinks >,.> Its model design is extremely unique though. BH I'm guessing?

i have one on medivh, and u cant get them anymore, but lvl 11s should not use it as going lvl 11 cuts ur dps down as a rogue significantly

My Talon of Vultros is on Shaterred Halls (A) and my Black Husk Shield is on Aman'Thul (A) which is an Oceanic server (I am not sure if you can transfer from an Oceanic to a America server).
