Darkmoon "floating debris"

What is the approxmately best time to fish them up? I keep getting camped by 85s that have a 100% mount while I have 60%.

There is no good time on large populated servers. But I usually do it in the Server Time's morning. I can go for a few hours without stopping.

Probably late at night when hardly anyone is on or early in the morning when no one is definitely not on, the pools are a good way to get some extra gold when you need a quick gold cap, and you can also fish up a Sea Pony - Item - World of Warcraft as well as a Sea Turtle if your lucky

I am on a pvp realm. The alliance 85s kill me.

I got the sea pony companion just from doing the fishing quest, was just a random cast too. Not in a pool.

If your not busy just do /who darkmoon and if probably around 15+ are on the island then theres a good chance people are fishing the debris at that moment. How Ive always decided rather to go fish them or not

I've gotten over on 85's with hunter pet, I'm certain warlocks and frost mages can do the same if it's a pvp server. Of course they can always just 1 shot you before they fish but sometimes they forget and/or are nice and you end up fishing beside them... wait for it... wait for it... Pet attack! disables contender's fishing, you catch fish!(crate/sea pony/sea turtle). then if your quick you might be able to get a /laugh in before they 1 shot and corpse camp your ass.
