I would go get this if it required lvl 19, but frankly as 39s hasn't popped consistently in a few years here, I don't expect it'll be worth as much as you predict. Perhaps for the avid collector who keeps all his unusable twinks up to date, but average joe wouldn't spend that kinda gold I reckon.

I don't know much about the bracket but I imagine that hammer would be bitchin on a lvl 35 twink.
