Hey guys , umm how do you rate my toon I guess?
I know alot of you will say that im low stamina or don't have BIS gear but I play offensive, my gear is offensive stated I dont care for high stamina though.
neverthless give your feedback and tell me how I should gear my toon

I'm pretty sure you know yourself that you got BiS gear for offense ennviroment and that you are just fishing for compliments. MIght be wrong tho.

Only thing I'd change is the Main Hand to a dagger. I'm guessing your hit capped for 24's, that's why you have so much hit rating and maybe a bit over for your poison/spell cap.

CiHC why the main hand to a dagger?
so I can backstab? if thats the case ive tried that but I lag alot, even tho their semi-lags I can never seem to get behind he target perfectly and it frustrates me.

I max my dps though by putting instant poison on main hand and crippling on off hand
I used to put crippling on main hand and instant on offhand, but the slowing poison applied too much and my opponent was going slow anyway, so I switched it up for more dps

Has anyone ever explained to you what you are doing?

You are SEVERELY over the hit cap and i mean SEVERELY. Once you make the hit cap, extra hit is essentially worthless because it does nothing for you. once you hit the cap(which is 10% since you have 24s running around) your set and you should gear towards agi/crit/ everything else. Your essentially gimping yourself hard and you should definitely change that by looking at your gear advantages.
