Looking For Bracket Managers -- Details Inside!

    • The Community Leader positions have been revised and are now called "Bracket Managers." The reason for this change is to keep from overlapping authority.

    So, with that being said, we are looking for Bracket Managers for the following brackets:

    Alternative Twinking
    10-14 Bracket
    20-24 Bracket
    25-29 Bracket
    30-39 Bracket
    40-49 Bracket
    50-59 Bracket
    60-69 Bracket
    70-79 Bracket
    80-85 Bracket

    Please note that you are 100% responsible for your bracket. If drama starts up in it, it is your responsibility to take care of it. If you need the big dogs to step in (myself, Eliot, and Sil), please send a PM or Report the post and we will take care of it or work with you to take care of it.

    You might want to have a couple "bracket leaders" when you can get enough to fill the position filled. Each able to squash any issues when they arise, but then address together as needed the issues of said bracket. A couple reasons: more coverage due to real life schedules more balanced decision making and power sharing vs one. A couple perspectives could be helpful in solving problems.

    I hope you see where I am confused. You said that you were looking for bracket managers in the following brackets, but then in two of them you say they are "Covered". Does that mean you're not looking for BM's in those brackets, or does it mean you are looking for other BM's in addition to the ones you listed?

    They are covered already.
    But I hope he ends up allowing two per bracket.

    Yeah, I screwed up the copy and paste from the Administrative forum this morning. Coffee did not kick in yet.

    We are NOT looking for BM's for 15-19 or F2P at this time. If, after chatting with Pizza and Purse, we still need additional BMs for those brackets, then we will look into it then.

    It's unlikely we will need more than one bracket manager for most brackets. 19's has two active moderators and a BM browsing the forum regularly and f2p has a moderator and BM.

    You can't do anything outside your brackets, yes there are rules.
     
    should come up with a new name all i can think about when i see BM is bowl movements lul
