Booty Bay quests ?

In my effort to get my hands on a "other eye patch" ( Other-Eye Patch - Item - World of Warcraft ) for my hunter I noticed that there are no quests available in Booty Bay at all. So I grinded rep and achieved friendly status in Booty Bay hoping that might open some up but that didn't work. Any idea how to get these quests ? I see other hunters with the eye patch so it must be possible some how. Thx

Trials are to low level to pick up quests in STV The quest you pointing towards has also a level 31 req wich means nobody in this bracket can get it ^^

Doh, I just realised that. I think I was looking at the sticky thread and saw a hunter with one. He probably went up a tier or two and got that.

Theres a eye patch from Stockade quest, might be what you have seen
