resto drood non GF belt

i will eventually be working on obtaining a tarantula silk sash, but in teh meantime, what belt should i be using??
Also i have a question about grizzled boots(GF item). Why do FC restos use them? why not Spidersilk boots? they have 1 more stam, and 4 int over the 3 str(i think). wouldnt the spidersilk be more viable especially for resto. I noticed that Grizzled has like 25 more armor, but that still doesnt justify it enough for me xD

I would go for satchel belt (sorcerer or sun).

Perhaps theyr using it because it can't be obtained anymore

Satchel belt of monkey 6/6 or bandit 5/5 and 5 crit. I guess if youre one of those who value caster stats over stamina + avoidance, the 7int 2stam 4haste could be an option. Grizzles boots over spidersilk because theyre like 30 more armor which adds up to about 60 more in bear. That is quite a bit for a druid.

You can't get leather belt of sorcere or sun.
Best option, apart from Tarantula, would be the satchell belt of the monkey, (6 sta, 6 agi), for max sta and avoidance from agi.
Or satchel belt of the vision, (7int, 4haste, 2/3sta can't remember) for healing

Both, actually. If I've read correctly, it was a rare drop off of a rare mob that became friendly or disappeared with the Cataclysm expansion. So the mob can no longer be killed for a chance at drop. I think it was pretty rare before, so finding it now that it can no longer be obtained in the world made it even more rare.

I could be wrong though, feel free to correct me.

Nope, the spider is still in redridge and still drops the belt. In the meantime I'd use Keller's or the satchel belt of vision

I doubt it still drops since the lvl requirement of TSS is higher than the mob that is supposed/used to drop it

Incorrect. The belt no longer drops. Chatter is level 16 now and there is no way a level 16 can drop a level 18 BoE. Just like Shadowfang.

Ah, that makes more sense. I knew there was something like that to it. I'm not sure where I read about what I posted, but I know it was from this site.
