Well, title pretty much says it all. Several days ago I received a perma ban for gem exploitation (because I've had several marks against my account). I tried to appeal it and was told I would be un-banned, but they never did. This led me to call again and this time around I was told they could not take any action and my account will stay down.


Soooo peace to all the 19s I've played with for years, and shout out to #1 MGC 'twas fun getting expedience on kids.

Seems a bit ridiculous that they will not unban your character when they said they would, I would call and raise hell. How the #$%^ was there no notations on your account when you first called?

Yeah if they say they would unbanned your account then they should. All calls are recorded so if you know the name of the person you were talking to and time and date they can pull that call log and listen to what he/she said.

Thanks twiggi, i called again and they reviewed my original call. and after reviewing the call they told me i was dumb and that the ban had been changed to a 72 hour ban and that's why they were unable to drop the ban when id called previous times.
