Internet Explorer 8/9 Now Supported

Internet Explorer 8/9 posting, new threads, and private messaging should work now. My apologies about it taking so long to fix, but it was a very hard fix.

Still bugging a bit m8, if i want to quote someone i have to refresh that page for the text to show up and to be able to type something with ie when i want to reply.

Yeah, I know. I am in the process of figuring out why that text is defaulting to black when in every other browser, it works just fine.
