in Mists of Pandaria it looks like you'll be choosing a spec for cooking. http://www.wowhead.com/guide=5.0&professions#weapons-armor

who knows what this means for the proffesion, but lets hope it something a long the lines of increased well fed buffs, in either duration or buffs. or maybe it will be something different all together like class specific foods, or something. anyway im excited to see what is in store, and have already maxed cooking. so now the wait begins.


side note: grats hunters, should be possible to transmorg quivers!! get your mag'har ones asap!

Gathering professions will never be used for min-maxing

um wtf, are they actually going to REMOVE the gathering stat buff you gain from shit like mining (stam) and skinning (crit). If so that pretty much destroys lower level twinking.

I don't see how 70hp less kills the bracket.
Nor the 8%- crit.

Yeah you all say shit like this when I notice a possible change for the worse (in the future) but I 100% guarantee every single one of you would flame up the forums here and on battle.net if Blizz actually did take away shit like the stat buff for gathering professions (incl the haste burst) or made even more of our twink items GF'd but also non-functional. Everyone is so quick to bash me because my MAIN 10 is a Hunter, but I still have more nearly complete 10 twinks than any of you and it certainly WILL effect low level twinking if Blizz removes the stat buffs. I have seen each and every one of you bash this or that on this forum for one reason or another, I didn't say anything here that all of you weren't thinking, I was just the first out the door.

I could really careless either way. I think the cooking stuff will be better :], not just saying that because i only have skinning and engineering on blime . i would miss my skinning though, i love my crit

Bye bye 100% crit - (well actually maxxed out at 105%) - with the rallying cry we should be able to still get over 100% crit.

and when then +40 crit scopes were usable . . . I think I was getting 150% crit along with the rallying cry of the dragonslayer.
