LF help on 19 Rogues

Hi, i am on quel'dorei, i have my lvl 19 rogue twink there and am a little confused on a few things.

1. I am finding gear that has been transmoged to look like way higher lvl items, i don't understand how but i have seen it, an example is
Âíntåßånkâ @ Dath'Remar - Game Guide - World of Warcraft her helm
Symphonies @ Bleeding Hollow - Game Guide - World of Warcraft her axe
2. I see a few people with gear that is not boa that seems to work better, does anyone have a really good rogue that i could see, and what items are better then boa items?

What drops shadowfang? and how low is drop rate???

The bosses in Shadowfang Keep who are level 21+ I believe it is, might be 20+.

And if you think you're farming this weapon, good luck. I've farmed for it before, and I've leveled far enough alts through SFK, and have never seen this drop. ever.

Pretty sure the drop rate is like 1/12000 chance.

quest items can be used to tmog gear. have your main do the quests to get the items
