Once you have 4, you can go to Darkmoon Island, tele back out and hit Thunderbluff and Org again.
Not sure about Ally.

Just did a pre-made where earl had 3k HP I was sitting at 2500 on Baffi and several other toons had 2k+

Even with the deaths and the loss of the buffs we rocked 6 geared 24s, 2 pallys 3 hunters and a rogue.

I know I can get more too. I'd like to try again as Demo, with rum, the l90etc buff, and top it off with a soulburn+hs.
