ya so i was on my rogue yesterday, playing a game against pizza.
was following him up tun, trying to sap
he was there with his pet right next to him, running up tun. i figured that he would eventually drop out of combat so i could sap. after trying for next to 15+ seconds, i realized he wasnt dropping out of combat, but at the same time he was spamming mend pet. huh. maybe the two are connected to each other. so, after that match, i log on cheatz. go to a training dumby. shoot it and start spamming mend pet. it doesnt work. wtf is wrong then? i wondered. so, i google it (naturally). i find out that it banks off the pet staying in combat. so, i tab back in and petattack the dumby, switch to passive (so pet peels off) and start spamming mend pet. i am now in combat forever. i cannot be sapped, i can disengage at any time.
ever been in a situation where a rogue saps you while the rest of their team catches up and rolls you? never again. ever been trying to catch efc and arent in combat and therefore cannot disengage to catch up? not any more.
soooooo. i say we report this to bliz and get it hotfixed. its been going on since the newest patch and apparently not many ppl know about it yet. its like the old warrior glitch that would keep a warrior in combat by spamming battle cry, except it isn't so niche, especially in a bracket that is dominated by hunter and that doesnt use mounts (gotta be out of combat to mount and disengage is much better against ppl that dont have mounts). anyway, ive never seen any other hunter use this glitch so i figure LS hunters or other guilded hunters could help use this to beat WT in a premade. if you guys already knew about this, you arent using it so stfu. if you guys dont report it im going to keep using to rape you guys.
fuck you grammar. you're welcome all you scrub hunters who will use this and to all the rogues who didnt notice this shit a long time ago. you're all lucky i didnt just hold onto this info and let the beatings continue.
