Kale, congrats

Funnily enough, there is a resemblence. The hair is different though. I haven't had long hair in quite a while. As for the furrowed brow, yes, I have been told I constantly look angry when I have no emotion what so ever. As for the HKs, they happen when they happen. If I really wanted them ASAP, the fastest way would be botting them in world PvP in Barrens with instant res. Failing that, just botting in general. I'm not in that big of a hurry and I may even delete Kale soon in an attempted name change. If it doesn't work then I'll either play something else or just find something else to do.

Actually no, I got to about 3k HKs with that very method before they banned my first AP hunter.

Not to be a jerk, 100k kills is awesome but Kale isn't f2p.. at least I don't think anyways.. has grandfathered gear that was removed before f2p so in essence has had more time in then f2p's. Not that I care, like I said 100k kills is awesome dedication grats on that, but to those that are chasing the 100k...

http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/dreadmaul/Kale/statistic#128:136

Total Honorable Kills 104,988

World Honorable Kills 66

Battleground Honorable Kills 104,779

That's a disparity of 143 HKs, which is how many I got during the trial period that I made Kale in. I've gotten more than that in a single WSG game. I made Kale before statistics and achievements came into being, which is why the difference exists.

Now, to prove that I made Kale before achievements came in, which was on 10/15/2008, he has GF gear that was only available at level 20, and he has the level 20 achievement on 07/20/2011, which is when I started playing him again.

As far as proving he is F2P, a full account can open trade before a BG starts if you like. While you can't trade anything that isn't conjured, you can still open trade across realms. Alternatively, you can simply take my word for it. Your call. Not that it really matters either way.

Pointless random fact: Kale has Arathi Basin Honorable Kills: 29,643, which is the highest in this bracket to my knowledge. Kale is also a Knight of Arathor, exalted, and they still won't give him the tabard. Bastards!

Thanks for proving the tabard is unobtainable, at least on alliance side. It's not often they mess things up on one side and not the other...but it does happen. Anyone horde side close to exalted with Defilers?

Good enough, just saw the Grandfathered gear and was confused.. Grats!!!

Kale... Not only that you have 100k hk...but you have a good ratio to ...

Total deaths from other players : 1338

Honorable kills : 106218

106218 / 1338 = 79.39 .... This is sick... I have like 15... and I thought I'm good....

Pocket healer ???

No, I just leave if my group is junk and I don't have any support. If you want a high HK to death from player ratio, just do nothing. Hang back. Never die. Soak up those HKs. Pretty easy to do. Easier for stealth or speed classes of course. I'm also on a PvP server so a lot of those deaths are getting one shot by 85s.

A far more impressive ratio, at least to my mind, is Battleground Honorable Kills 106,009 Battleground Killing Blows 20,433 which is 1 in 5 HKs in a BG is a direct result of me killing them. Not to mention all the times I get someone down to 10% only to have a rogue or ranged finish them off. Considering I'm melee, I find that infinitely more impressive.

Firstly, Kale, congratulations for the most HK in F2P bracket! Your ratio of HK/deaths from other players impresses me so much though u are Hundard and come from alliance (Sry I am told that you are a NOBLE paladin).

Secondly, Could you share your play style, I mean you always play with pre-made team, with your friend, or just solo queue ?

Lastly, I know your are not focus on victory or HK, so what's the force drive you play same battlegrounds for such a long time?

Forgive my boring statistics, it is a part of my Anthropology homework!

Thanks for any information, and wish you can keep your legendary record!

Blessings!

I pretty much always solo queue. 99% of the time at least. I did play with a really bad 24 hunter at one point, but he stopped playing. I also used to play with a 20 paid hunter and with the 24 hunter I did on occasion play with a F2P holy paladin, but they would constantly DC and lose us our place in the queue so I stopped doing that, not to mention they weren't very good either.

Now, as far as suvivability goes, stack stam as much as possible. I have 1.8k HP in every BG I go in. This is a combination of gear and buffs. When I'm going against people with half my health that do less damage than I do, it's no surprise that I don't die very often. I'm also a paladin and I can heal through most people, and being human gives me a two minute trinket. Also, choose your fights. Don't charge into unwinnable situations. Try to stick with the group and hope they are playing in a way that is compatible with your playstyle. If not, leave. No point getting frustrated or upset. No point trying to get random people, many of whom don't speak English, to do what you want them to, just leave, do something else. Try again later.

Now, what keeps me going, hard to say. Sometimes it's enjoyable. Sometimes not. It's something to do, either that or watch TV when you have nothing better to do. To begin with it was nostalgia. I had given up WoW since I don't like the direction the game has taken endgame or the way it feels. Far too much like ability spam and less strategic. The factions have no personality anymore and the lore seems kind of pointless. Anyway, 20s remind me a lot of 60 and 19s. No AV of course, but paladins have a similar feel, and I enjoyed both of those brackets when they were active.

In part it's my attempt to make the best F2P I can, and in part as a time killer, which this game certainly is. If I found something better to do I'd drop it immediately, but for now it's still keeping me entertained.
