exp eliminator bugged? cant lock my exp

I tried /reload ui, didnt change anything.

This is right after I server transfered, my exp was locked but somehow the transfer process unlocked my exp but I can no longer lock it again.

Prolly Blizz's way to "accidentally" force level you to which they won't return you to the twink level you were at and claim it wasn't their fault. Joking aside, just petition Blizz, it could just be an issue with the Realm xfer.
