So iv had the same internet provider for over 5 years, ( BT), and for all but the first year we have had shit and i mean fucking shocking connection, last week a guy came out Again, probs the 100th time and said there will be no more problems with the connection, And i told him that if there is I will be canceling the contract, 3 days later, chilling im my fucking retarded AV weekend Bg, and Boom DC, reset the modem 4-5 times Dc after about 5 mins of connection, and I know its 100% not to do with my computer, or how far from the modem it is. They just make me sick, and They deserve jail time for not proving a service as we are on the unlimited $35 a month contract the most expensive they provide with the exception of fiber-optic. And its just shocking they have sorry to say but every time I call a fucking p**i on the phone who can barely speak English so im having to decipher what he says like the fucking Da vinci code. Probs just me in a rage atm but at this present time I believe they the company should be fined an excessive amount for not providing what they say they will. And if it continues they should renew your payments. then boom jail time.

First read your contract with them and see if they have anything like "Lolnotourfaultifconnnectionfails". If yes, too bad. If no, document every time it happens with video. Sue?

There probably doing the same thing Comcast does (and publicly said is common practice) and that's cycling your modem due to your perceived high volume. You see Comcast has a computer program that cycles modems of any "high volume" user daily to interupt the connection. That program sees gamers the same as P2P servers and Comcast is #1 in bed with the Fed Govt and Facebook to end net neutrality. They want to see the internet fully taxed and no longer anonymous in any way (you would sign into the internet with your real name). That's how they get away with basically shutting off a service we pay for with no repercussions. There was a class action law suite against Comcast in California a few years back, not sure how it turned out, but that's what brought to light all of this. Long story short, there's nothing any of us can do about it. Those companies hide under the Fed Govt's protection stating fair use that we gamers use far more bandwidth for our monthly fee than the average user. It's all bullshit and they get away with it as long as we the sheeple allow this corruption in our Govt.

Well, During the earthquakes here in New zealand, Sheep-powered internet was going out several times a day. Would call the places, they were empty. Nobody was there. Moved out of the city, got a new interw3bz provider. It went out daily, for 1-2 hours, for no reason. Called them up. Had a guy answer with "Hey, i dunno bro, i just work here" A'ighty. Finally got a providzor that works, Kinda. 500-5000 MS, daily. When it's not being too spikey.
