Gearing up old Warrior need help

So, yeah Im gearing up my old warrior. Right now I am alliance but Im planning to go horde and xfer so first I was wondering what race should I go?

hitcap by using valor helm, sparkmetal bracers and 2x demon bands if u only got access to alliance gear. might wanna use boa bow and protectors+bravo company signet for rings if ur arms.

I have one more question tho, is the hit cap for piercing howl 8% (10 hit)? just like 2h....

PvP physical hit cap is 5%, 8% is the raid hit cap for bosses that are 3 levels higher than you. Shit aint rocket science. Check out the 19 armory page for some ideas.
