I was hoping it would be special GM-like mail. But we also don't get mail from the Postmaster, either. So it's a toss up, but be sure if it comes in the mail and we can't get it I will still be putting in a heartfelt ticket.

Same with so-called Battlenet Accountwide items people actually paid for already like sparkleponies, CE and Shop Pets, Blizzcon Pets, and things like Satchels, Quest mail, or anything else that uses the mail system.



Of course you're free to try to find an agreeable GM.

Edit: I simply told the GM that I was unable to view mail sent to me by the WoW Dev Team, and that was good enough for him to send it through customer support apparently. I wish they still gave pets instead.
