Should I use it? Is it good?

personally i don't think its quite as good for pvp as it is pve. i use theres and then make my own tweaks...

it doesn't work for BoAs or the "of the" items (including your random dungeon rewards)...so that kinda blows

or do some research on characters and find BiS that way instead of trusting our friendly neighborhood wowhead.

Gear weights depend on the gear that you actually have available. I considered working on a RAWR module for twinks.... but why?

Try gear with your classes primary attributes and see how it works. Adjust items as necessary.

Because it isnt as simple. Ppl have options they want to work with, their is no set order on things. Yeah hit cap is 1st thing. However the remaining stats can be juggled around in importance based on play style and class imo

Well just wondering about builds and their results compared to the standards. For example I wanted to know if improving casting speed with as much haste I could get would be a good benefit over some int and some stamina basically with 24 haste and clarity of purpose talent my Hl cast time would be 2.15 and Fol 1.15. Overall it was fun if I had a good team since I became more squishy but if I could be attacking without been attacked I could almost 200 per second spamming exo.

Stats like Haste and Critical Strike Rating aren't available in the abundance that would make them viable. Anyone who wants to be a "snow flake" is just gimping theirselves to put it simply. 19's can use various stat-weights because of the enchantments available to them. Raw stats, intellect, spirit, stamina, agility, and strength are the only way to go in this bracket because the only off-stat you can get without wasting time poorly gearing yourself is hit. Anyone who says otherwise is lying to theirselves, and I'm fine with that because I'll be killing them in game.

as with everything in pvp i think its situational. if you want to stack secondary stats you'll (imo) benefit in 1v1 situations...but in group fights you're probably better off with base stats
