New hope for quest item swaps

Hello!

My newest reroll is now virtually complete, a hpally. I was talking to sabe and wasn't paying attention when I turned in my Argas ring quest. I picked the agi one /lol. I petitioned a GM and got it exchanged, best of luck to the rest of you.

The following screenshots show that i had the signet in my inventory and they also show what the GM said. My armory, http://us.battle.net...uffresto/simple, will prove that I have the Seal now.

It clearly states you did it in enough time. Many of us took one, thinking we could use it for now, then switch later. That's what they aren't allowing.

The attitude of the previous posts were that they were not switching for anyone ever. I was under that impression and tried anyway, and received a switch. This is for people who thought they wouldn't be able to switch at all, I will switch the title of the thread.

I recently did the swap on my Ally Hpal from shield to eyepatch. Just be nice, not demanding, and you'll get your swap eventually.

They clearly stated, never ever switch. But it seems they changed it back again. Might try to get eyepatch instead of shield then. TY =)
