Battleground scaling is in orange

This doesn’t include buffs from annual events or 1-time quest rewards (but does include buffs that you get when accepting a quest, which are refreshable by just abandoning and re-accepting the quests). It also excludes some lowbie potions, bandages, foods, etc if there's better options.

Weapon Enchants (Only one can be active)
  • ^Minor Wizard Oil (+3 intellect) Source: Enchanting
  • ^^Coarse Weightstone (+3 damage to Maces, Staves, and Fist Weapons) Source: Blacksmithing
  • Coarse Sharpening Stone (+3 damage to Daggers, Swords, Axes, and Polearms) Source: Blacksmithing
  • Flametongue Weapon (+7 spell damage and 99-306 fire damage) Source: Class Ability (not a consumable but counts as a temp enchant).
  • Crippling Poison (50% Snare) Source: Class Ability (not a consumable but counts as a temp enchant).
“Well Fed” Buffs (Only one can be active)
Guardian Elixirs (Only one can be active)
Battle Elixirs (Only one can be active)
Potions (Shared Cooldown)
Healing Potions

First Aid
Misc Buffs (Shared Cooldown)

I think you are referring to [Irradiated Crystal Shard] which can be farmed in Bloodmyst Isle.



The rewards are:



[Crystal of Vitality] (5 stamina)

[Crystal of Insight] (5 intellect)

[Crystal of Ferocity] (10 attack power) Note: This increases melee attack power only (not ranged), so Hunters should choose the +5 stam instead.



The crystals appear to stack with all other buffs, except that you may only have one of these 3 buffs at a time.

wowhead has showed that error for me in the past as well - it goes away after a while
 
Looks like the recipe is sold by a dustwallow marsh horde vendor for 20 silver. Looking at the drop rate it looks like it's much more farmable, I had issues finding enough lions to kill in hillsbrad
 
Apologies for bumping an old thread, but I've been trying to farm the Lions in Southern Barrens for lion steak, but to be frank, they're kicking my little night elf arse. Is there a better source for these?
 
updated and kinda changed this post. I have this list on another post somewhere, but can't seem to find it. This post is linked in the guides sticky so I'm updating this one.

Changes:
  • removed the +8 foods and added the +6 foods
  • removed the magic resistance potion
  • added Pygmy oil & glow worms since the bag of fishing treasures is now rewarded during the tourney.
  • since goblins are open now, added crafting as a source for healing pots.

I've been considering picking up Alch, 12 agi buff sounds awesome.

should be removed as we were never able to do the shatt fishing dailies and I think that the northrend contest was taken away permanately since the items were merged with the stv one.

I also believe Minor Agi does give 12 with mixology like someone said but not 100% sure about that one.
