Post your ilvl 37 level 20 req bugged gear, I wanna figure out the exact pattern, and if it might still be possible. Not just "some upgraded gear is ilvl 37 for some reason"
If you remember, say when it was acquired too.

This was obtained in 2021 based on quest achievement.

I have a few ilv 37 items on my pala twink, all are quest rewards, but of course not every quest reward item i have is ilv 37.
One is epic proc "Steamfury Ring" from Gorgrond quest
One is epic proc "Proudmoore Marine's Crest" from Tiragarde quest
One is blue proc "Xuk's Bad Xuk Charm" from another Gorgrond quest
This twink is from 2021 also.

I have way too many on my old account.

This is what I found on 2 of my characters. Pretty much all of them are upgraded quest rewards that were probably acquired anywhere between 2021-2023.

Interestingly enough, even though my new account has plenty of toons that farmed WoD as well, albeit a couple of years later, that one seemingly has no IL37s.

20 for green
23 for blue
26 for epic

There are some exceptions, but around that

Not only Lorewalking, bags from partysync are 120 as well.
I'm pretty sure in EU no one will use this in pvp or else they will have to live with eternal shame forever & get insta kicked.
So for the short time being, use it to your advantage to farm normal gear.

Is it possible to learn this power in NA? All of the EU scumbags with no shame just rerolled to NA, where people are unwilling to organize a mass report.

Everything that comes out of that box has that ilvl. Dungeons are such a slog now if everyone is real cool we might get to farm some speed gear before they fix it.

Something that all my ilvl 30+ gear has in common is that they were obtained a while ago.
For example I have 2 cenarion thicklet circlets on two different toons and only one of them is ilvl 37 and that was obtained forever ago like pre df.
