According to a route I saw on YouTube, farming with two people can yield up to 36k reputation points per hour.
If anyone is interested in this reputation point, which is necessary for the "The Insane" title, let me know!

Which guide ?
For the Insane title you need Honored with the Bloodsail Buccaneers, and Exalted with Booty Bay, Everlook, Gadgetzan, Ratchet, Darkmoon Faire, and Ravenholdt.

" Steamwheedle Cartel (Vet and F2P) (NOTE: do this after Bloodsail Buccaneers)
And for Syndicate from Wowhead :
Currently there is only one known option to increase a player’s reputation with the Syndicate, and that is by killing members of the Ravenholdt Manor faction. There are no known rewards for increasing Syndicate reputation, and Ravenholdt-affiliated NPCs only give 5 Syndicate Reputation points, with the exception of Myrokos Silentform, who gives 25 (although the corresponding loss of reputation with Ravenholdt is also five times as great). With all players starting at 32000/36000 hated with the faction, it would require killing 2,000 Ravenholdt NPCs to reach Neutral status with the faction. Neutral is the highest you can reach with the Syndicate, and if not to deter players further, none of the Ravenholdt NPCs drop loot. Exalted is effectively not possible currently.

- Start completing the "Sea Wolf" MacKinley quest and complete the questlines.
- You can now accept the quest Doublerum (do not complete it)
- Go to your Reputations and set yourself at war with Booty Bay and start killing everything. I recommend finding a group, it makes it a lot easier. "

- If you're Insane in the Membrane, this reputation grind is perfect for you...
- I completed this years ago by killing Buccaneers on the east coast of Tanaris. I recommend you join a group and kill all the Buccaneers together to make a time-efficient. "

I was preparing myself emotionally to return to farms haha.
Let's say I'm returning to WOW after a long hiatus, where I did about 300 Hillsbrad foothills to get the plate pants with speed, which was the last piece missing to complete my entire set with speed (I even managed to belt and bracer socket+tertiary) and got 20 pants with a tertiary, but none of them were speed...
Now, speaking of reputation, believe it or not, I sent the wrong reputation screenshot...
I wanted to send the Steamwheedle Cartel one, but it's not available on the WoW website, so I sent the one with "hated" status, thinking it was the Cartel, because the language of my game is different.
But it's very difficult to farm alone, honestly I don't have the courage to farm that reputation solo.
And the worst part is that I don't know how I'm going to find someone to help me with this, because it's a tedious farm and I imagine many people already have it, since it's been in the game for 20 years...

Well for the gear, in less than one week, we have to start all over again lol.. You never know what nightmare awaits you next.
Small tips, il you need to check reps, you can see them on Simplearmory.com, the official website doesn't show all the reps
Steamwheedle Cartel is really not that hard, it takes a lot of time, that's it, like all the content that we do on our twinks
On my drood 20 (No Chromie/No TW) , pirates have 700/800 hp, easy to one shot, yesterday I did 2000 rep solo in 1 hour while watching GoT
No need to rush, take your time, one objectif at the time
