hmm, i dunno what the pvp hitcap is but I have 25% hit / 1.5k flat without trying

ah, trying to wpvp with 90s will probably be difficult either way xD 85-88 prolly ok. my realm is 99% horde so no option for world pvp really

id go 85 or 87 for mop world pvp u can get much higher ilvl
