Doomwalker only has 12k hp at lvl 20, and easily defeated. It was nice kicking over that bucket of bolts however.
Blizz might have fixed it by now.

were you trying to get leech? if so, are you seeing it have more of an impact? and if not, thats kind of wild for 2 days

More or less. I am capped on speed, so most of my extra terts are either leech or avoidance. It's more swag than practical, but with how high Evoker damage is, enough leech does return a non-insignificant amount of health.

This drops in the old Scarlet Crusade. I got two for a druid and a mage. Need red key.
Stats are very weak. But the freeze effect is good.

I am very sad that the collectors event doesn't extend to toons that are level appropriate for the instance. I've tried turning off timewalking campaigns, i've tried going in with 80's, I've even split tested different toons.
10 runs of stratholme and the only toons to get bonus loot drops were the 80s.
