Best places to farm ilvl 28 in nazmir/drustvar?

Does anyone know if there are mobs in dustavar with rings on their drop table? I have farmed the pigs for the other slots I needed (back and wrist) with sockets, but I cannot seem to find mobs which have the chance to drop a ring.
 
 
Not having done this before, for my 29, would I need my toon to be level 33 or 34 for ilvl 37 (29 req) gear?
 
im on f2p and nothing drops from nazmir mobs, i think you need to start the quest chain first. Not having a sub locks he quest chain (25)

I can answer part of that at least. So at level 33 I was getting level 28 (ilvl 36) armor but 29 (ilvl 37) weapons.
At level 34, level 29 armor (ilvl 37) but level 32 (ilvl 38) weapons.

So level 33 or 43 if you need both, if you just want ilvl 37 jewelry/armor, level 34 (most likely 44 for highest ilvl 39 armor/jewelry).

As for my spot, I only really need rings so the Brackfin and Naga here have been pretty good for boes so far. The brackfin seem to have the highest chance at dropping rings on wowhead.

Okay, yea i got about 7 greens in 2 hours with 3 lvl 22 and 4 lvl 19.

I have gotten 10 greens in 4 or so hours with 4 of them being sockets, and 4 of them being upgrades. Luckily its a heavy farming spot for horde right now and all I have to do is tag each pig. Id put my money on having killed over 1k pigs in these 4 hours because they die so fast.

Wanted to shout out for this advice, it's working great. Always seems to be a couple of higher levels around pulling mobs. I end up being the tagger, and they sit in place and burn them down. BoEs galore. No socket/tertiary combos yet, but definitely a bunch of one or the other.

I am sorry to be so vague but theres a spot constantly farmed by druids causing instant spawns in the east of the zone above Azsuna. I think someone less retarded than me can give the exact name of the location
