EU+US [Theory] Shadowlands fishing&engineer on lvl 1

So, this came to my mind this morning..
If you now make a lvl 5 - 10 twink and max it out with engineer and fishing the character will turn to lvl 1 in Shadowlands and keep the professions?
Just theorising.
5lvl would be more likely drop to lvl 1, 10lvl might go to lvl 2, who knows?
But hey you could now make a new character and lvl to 5 just to buy the proffs and wait for shadowlands,
Or take a risky chance and level now your most beloved lvl 1 to 5 to (possibly) make it even more pro in Shadowlands.

On the beta-retail comparisons on wowhead, everything set to level 10 is level 5, and everything set to level 5 is level 3. I highly doubt anyone is going to get scaled back to level 1.

True, knowing blizzard they force all characters under level 10 created before shadowlands to level 10

Plus, we don’t really want to ruin level 1s right? Level 1s are like the only ones not effected by anything super OP, like legion invasions, 5s got that gear, they get engineering etc. 1s get party sync.
