All that means tons of rerolls just to get all the epic quest rewards you need ? :/
(only if those epics are better than bg crates and dungeon satchel ....)
At least, lvl20 would maybe be able to get a complete epic stuff, just to shine with all this purple text ^^

Blibli ... why dropping such a bomb in the twinking world one day before it comes on live ... :D

Wait. Sparkproofs are normally ilvl 28, when blue they went to ilvl 35. Thats a 7 ilvl difference and if things can start turning into ilvl 42 gear. Then uhhh
they can and will. Green items are 1 ilvl less than level, blue are 6 ilvls higher, epics are 11-12

Really interesting news that opens up lots of possibilities or a can of worms depending on how you look at it.

Just two quick questions, does faction transfer let you complete the same quest chain more than once and will 29 dungeon blues have a chance to become epic?
[doublepost=1552364585,1552362600][/doublepost]Just logged my twink out on live next to Hemet Nessingwary since I already had the Master Hunter's Rifile quest ready to turn in. Then repeatedly copied the character to PTR and completed the quest each time. I received an epic gun on the 5th shot.

I personally hate this update, it's for the same reason i lost motivation to play max level in legion. this is a system where two players do the exact same objective but one out of the two people receive a greater reward based on sheer luck, this doesnt sit right with me and in imo it's a negative change for the bracket. Not only because it's rng, but some of us that have had our twinks for a long time will have already completed all the quests, so we won't even have a shot at some upgrades. Guess our only option will try to abuse gm's but even that has gotten a lot harder in recent times.

And yes, I know gear isnt all there is to twinking, but for me personally chasing the best possible gear is half the fun of twinking and this kinda ruins the even playing field.

I disagree it actually makes it far. Better in opening opportunitiez when before u couldn't even approach his cause everything was grandfathered.

Does that mean you would be okay working the same job as someone else for the same ammount of time but only receive 70 % of what your colleague makes? I know it's a bit out of context but that's what this feels like to me.
