EU+US PvP Talent Changes in Battle for Azeroth (Update)

Ladies and Gentleman,

Looking on the Talents, and reading the Text on Wowhead.com we will able to use all 4 PVP slots 1 with Trinkets the other threes with Passive Talents or extra Spells like: Curse of Tongues or Frostbite
Some Talents are based on Spells of High LV. who are useless for us, and some have LV req. 38 or 52 i have not looked for all classes but some like Lock, Mage or Rogue have some nice Utillitys IMO.

This is how I understand it.

I thought the first slot, available at level 20, is only the "PvP trinket" row.

The second slot unlocks at 40 and would be the other talents you are talking about.

Yeh, this is how it should work. Will try it out when u can transfer chars but as it seems now u will only be able to use trinket talent row for twinks below lvl 40.

I did true, but I wrote above that acording to those new Update changes and looking on those PVP Talents.

"It looks like we can use all slots" because they are no LV requierement written there even on the Comments where some Blizz Workers have answered some questions (in blue writting).

some talents have LV requierments like: 38 or 52 or higher and even a LV 20 requierment Talent.

This is how I do understand it! hope this sounds not yet like self-contradictory

I do hope it won't be during these dates, because the lvl20 tournament is planned for early July.
