Didn't RAF XP boost get nerfed a while ago? Pretty sure you can hit maximum bonus XP gains with just heirlooms so doing recruit a friend isn't really needed is it?

i definitely want a 69 mage and an alliance 59 mage but other than that im throwing caution to the wind and just leveling characters to whatever bracket and idk probably a few
